Rental terms and conditions
Our villa is available from 4pm on day of arrival and check out is by 10am on date of departure. The keys must be returned to rental (Management Company) office only 5 minutes away.
Security deposit on arrival
All reservations require a security deposit of US$ 300 per stay. The deposit is payable at the rental office on arrival. Customers will be asked to sign a Credit Card slip. This will not be taken off Credit Card holders' account, unless damage to the property has been reported to our knowledge. Cash deposits accepted.
If a customer arrives after business opening hours, they are to contact the rental office the next business day to fulfill their security deposit obligations.
Reservations and Payment
- - There is no deposit refund for cancellations by customers. Cancellations are accepted only in writing/email.
- - All arrivals must be fully prepaid at least 6 weeks prior to the first date of occupancy.
- - Booking made within 2 months of arrival will require full payment.
- - Our pricing already includes Taxes, pool heating and free phone calls to land lines
Optional costs A pre-arrival clean is included in our rates.
- - Additional Maid Service is possible: prices on demand from rental office (approx $85)
