Q. Is there a telephone for use in the house ?

A. Yes. Calls to National and International numbers are now FREE to land lines. Unlimited usage !
Q. Do you have internet access ?

A. Yes we have FREE wireless broadband internet access in the villa and computer usage at the key rental office (only 5 minutes away).

Q. We have small children. We will need a cot and highchair. Can you arrange this ?

A. Yes, we provide FREE use of a cot, safety bed rail and high chair.
Q. Will we need to bring hairdryers and towels ?

A. Hairdryers and towels are supplied for use in all bathrooms and en suites, same for all bed linen.
Q. Can you recommend a car hire company ?

A. Yes.

We have used US Car Hire several times as they offered an all inclusive package with no hidden extras at a competitive price.

You can also try Carrentals.co.uk, they also appear competitive but we have not used them before.
Q. Where do we fly to ?

A. Orlando international (code: MCO) airport is the closest but Sanford is a cheaper alternative (charter) and about 20 minutes extra drive time. We can supply directions for either.

Q. Can you recommend any way of finding cheap flights ?

A. We would recommend you always shop around but generally charter flights are more reasonably priced. However you may be tied to 7 or 14 nights.

Q. Can you recommend a web site for discounted attraction tickets ?

A. There are several sites around and we recommend you shop around, but we have personally used the following.

Q. I am worried about the children running out to the pool.

A. The patio doors have a lock out of the reach of children plus an audible alarm and the pool is fitted with a child protection fence.
Q. We are staying in the house for a month. Can we have it cleaned during the stay ?

A. Yes, this can be arranged directly through the rental management company when you pick up the keys or whenever you feel it necessary .(Approx $85)
Q. Our flight arrives late. How do we pick up the keys ?

A. There is a lockup box at the rental management office so you can collect your keys at any hour. We will supply instructions when you book on final payment.
Q. I am worried about running out of nappies and formula milk.

A. No need to worry. The WINN-DIXIE supermarket is only 2 minutes away and is open from 6am to 12am.We also now have a Wal-Mart Super Center 5 minutes away which has EVERYTHING !
Q. What is the average temperature in Orlando Florida ?

Q. Where can we buy medicines and sun tan lotion from ?

A. There is a pharmacy inside the supermarket or Wal-Mart. Opening hours are 9am to 7pm.(closed on Sundays)
Q. It's our daughter's birthday during our stay. We would like to arrange a cake and balloons. Is this possible ?

A. Yes. The supermarket has a large selection of birthday cakes and helium balloons. It also sells cards and offers a gift wrap service.
Q. Apart from amusement parks can you recommend any other activities?

A. There are lots of activities to do whilst in Orlando. Two we have had recommended are LAKE LOUISA state park which only costs $4 for a car and is a 'National Gold Medal winner' ideal for camping, fishing, hiking, picnicking and a general day out for the family. Secondly there is the Winery about 10 minutes north on the US27 called Lake Ridge Winery, both worth checking out !
