Reservations and Payment

A reservation will only be confirmed, when the 20% deposit on total amount of rental is transferred to and received by us.
For clarity, there is no reservation made until a deposit has been paid and the booking has been confirmed by us in writing or email.
There is no deposit refund for cancellations by customers. Cancellations are accepted only in writing or via email.
All arrivals must be fully prepaid at least 6 weeks prior to the first date of occupancy. If not, the related reservation will be annulled. Keys will never be released if there is an unpaid balance on the booking.
